No. Northgate Rentals does not require a security deposit — you only pay the weekly rental rate for the vehicle class you choose.

Yes, all rental vehicles must remain within a 60-mile radius of Baltimore, MD.
What are the insurance requirements?
All renters are required to carry valid liability or non-owner car insurance. If you need coverage, our team can assist you in getting set up. Your personal auto insurance policy may also apply—we recommend checking with your provider.
Do you require a credit check?
No. We verify your driver's license and your active gig platform account instead of running a credit check, so approvals stay fast.
Is there a mileage limit on rentals?
No — rentals include unlimited mileage within a 60-mile radius of Baltimore. Drive as much as the work takes you; just stay within the 60-mile service area.
Where are the vehicle pickup and return locations?
Vehicles can be picked up and returned at our Baltimore locations. Please note that there is a $50–$150 fee for vehicle drop-offs.
